In a great fight Usa-based Boxing / Kickboxing-stylist Chuck "Iceman" Liddell met top Light Heavyweight Division fighter Ben "Rude Boy" Warner. A competitive and exciting 1-round Light Heavyweight Division clash between two of the IFL's biggest stars saw Warner, leave the ring a submission winner against Liddell. Warner 28-17-2, known for his deadly Muay Thai / Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu attacks, showed a well-rounded attack in this fight.

Both of these guys showed up ripped and ready to fight. There was no shaking of hands, or touching of gloves in this one. After the ref was done his talk, there was no show of respect between these two combatants. Clearly, they were all business in this one.

They immediately hit the ground and squirm around. Ben is on top with Chuck "Iceman" Liddell against the fence. No real striking yet as they are bulling each other. Chuck "Iceman" Liddell pulls back to full guard then attempts an front choke, misses and tries for the Triangle, "Rude Boy" pulls out and starts hammerfisting. The referee could see that "Iceman" was fading fast. Ben moves round on the ground to the north/south position, Chuck is looking to set-up the armbar. Ben pulls Liddell into him and lands a huge right hand. Liddell grabs for a reverse choke but "Rude Boy" defends and reverses, catching Liddell in a tight kneebar. There is no getting out, and Liddell taps ending the fight at 00:11.

Warner won't shut up after the fight and the crowd loves it. Great mic work by a young guy and the crowd is eating it up. Ben "Rude Boy" Warner takes the mic. This is awesome! Ben "Rude Boy" Warner gets down on his knees and begs the IFL management for a match with top contender Houston "The Assassin" Alexander. The crowd seems to want the fight to happen as well.
